A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance for your event is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Keepsake

  • This package is for 50 guests or less.
  • Friday’s and Saturday’s excluded.
  • Access to all of the grounds excluding the reception barn.
  • A 7,500 square foot open outdoor area with a pergola and sting lights for ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
  • A beautiful outdoor ceremony area featuring a pergola with a small winding creek behind, a wildflower garden that blooms late spring to early fall with a gazebo, custom landscaping, and beautiful views of the north central Indiana countryside
  • 5 - 72’ round dining tables and 50 chairs for reception use.
  • 2 - 6ft rectangle folding tables for buffet, DJ, head table, etc.
  • Coolers with water for the ceremony.

Classic

(1 day event)

$3,900

  • Exclusive use of our 3,500 square foot recently restored, natural barn original to the property, built in the 1870’s.
  • A 7,500 square foot open outdoor area with a pergola and sting lights for ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
  • Spacious downstairs area which is great for the buffet area, cocktail hour, and more.
  • 15 - 72’ round dining tables and 250 chairs for reception use (guest count over 250 people will be an additional charge per person for added seating, tables, and table cloths).
  • 12 - 6ft rectangle folding tables for buffet, DJ, head table, etc.
  • A beautiful outdoor ceremony area featuring a pergola with a small winding creek behind, a wildflower garden that blooms late spring to early fall with a gazebo, custom landscaping, and beautiful views of the north central Indiana countryside
  • Straw bales to use as seating for the ceremony. (If straw bales are not desired, white chairs can be requested).
  • A bridal suite with seating area, rough sawn natural wood vanity top with lighted mirrors, several hooks and electrical outlets for getting ready.
  • A rustic groom suite with seating area, lighted mirror above a rough sawn vanity top and multiple hooks and electrical outlets for getting ready.
  • Party trays and drinks for lunch on the day of the wedding..
  • Tables and chairs set up and taken down will be set up and taken down for you.
  • Wildflower butterfly garden for pictures (spring and summer).

When you book your event between October and December of 2026 you get exclusive access to our list of recommended caterers, bartenders, decorators, florists and more to help you reach your goal of a perfect event. With our list of reputable professionals you can save over $500 in costs while supporting other local businesses! 

Photographer Bundles

For our local photographers we offer use of our entire property, making every space available for your perfect backdrop. Any of our decor is welcomed to be used as props upon request. We encourage finding other photographers who also need a venue to help alleviate the sole responsibility of cost. 

$500 is equal to 5 hours of property use.

$750 is equal to 8 hours of property use.
