A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance for your event is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Keepsake

$2,500

  • This package is for 50 guests or less.
  • 4 hours on the date of your choice.
  • Friday’s and Saturday’s excluded.
  • Access to all of the grounds excluding the reception barn.
  • Chairs and tables for all guests.
  • Access to our Pergola or Gazebo.
  • Coolers with water for the ceremony.

Classic

$3,900

  • Exclusive use of our 3,500 square foot recently restored, natural barn original to the property, built in the 1870’s.
  • A 7,500 square foot open outdoor area with a pergola and sting lights for ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
  • Spacious downstairs area which is great for the buffet area, cocktail hour, and more.
  • 15 - 72’ round dining tables and 250 chairs for reception use (guest count over 250 people will be an additional charge per person for added seating, tables, and table cloths).
  • 12 - 6ft rectangle folding tables for buffet, DJ, head table, etc.
  • A beautiful outdoor ceremony area featuring a pergola with a small winding creek behind, a wildflower garden that blooms late spring to early fall with a gazebo, custom landscaping, and beautiful views of the north central Indiana countryside
  • Straw bales to use as seating for the ceremony. (If straw bales are not desired, white chairs can be requested).
  • A bridal suite with seating area, rough sawn natural wood vanity top with lighted mirrors, several hooks and electrical outlets for getting ready.
  • A rustic groom suite with seating area, lighted mirror above a rough sawn vanity top and multiple hooks and electrical outlets for getting ready.
  • Party trays and drinks for lunch on the day of the wedding..
  • Tables and chairs set up and taken down will be set up and taken down for you.
